Information on online dispute resolution
On the website ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, the European Commission is offering the possibility to launch a complaint procedure for online dispute resolution for consumers (ODR). The supplier is not willing or obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
